The Lamport House accepts all major credit cards and E checks through PayPal. Your information is processed

All payments are due in full at time of purchase and/or before merchandise is shipped, including charges
for add-on items, special orders, and/or additional shipping charges.
Our Merchandise:
The Lamport House's porcelain china items are of excellent quality. All custom-ordered products can be
designed by the customer. Ready-made items have already been designed, painted, and completed by The
Lamport House and are for sale as shown on www.lamporthouse.com.
The porcelain is imported to The Lamport House as plain white porcelain. From there, floral patterns, optional
background colors, gold or platinum scrollwork, personalization, etc is added. The Lamport House takes great
pride in producing beautiful pieces with charm, character, and fine special details.
Tax:
South Dakota Residents: state and city sales tax will be charged as required by the State of South Dakota.
Shipping:
We ship UPS, USPS and US Priority Mail to the Continental US. We are happy to combine and discount shipping
fees when you purchase multiple items. Shipping fees will include shipping confirmation and insurance.

Disclaimer:
Upon receipt of product, the buyer assumes all responsibility for items sold by us. The Lamport House assumes
no liability for damage or injury resulting from the use of products sold or supplied by this company.
If items have been damaged during shipping, the buyer must contact The Lamport House within 5 days of
receipt, giving the explanation of the damage, plus will need to be able to send a picture of the damaged item.
The Lamport House will work with the customer and the shipping agency to correct the issues, either by
refunding the purchase price, less shipping, or replacing the item.
